[Update] Meld Turns Two!

A year ago, I thought we couldn't improve/grow any further, and yet again I am proven wrong! God is good.

At 31 videos, 163 Youtube subscribers, 16,637 video views, Meld turned TWO on the 6th of September 2013!

Last year, we were at 22 videos, 45 Youtube subscribers, and 5,105 video views, the big jump in subscribers and video views definitely shocked me when I just checked it out today, and I'm so, so very grateful to everyone who has been sharing our videos, sharing our site, sharing with us anything, from song requests to feedback to simple compliments or simple "Thank you"s.

I started this project not really sure that it may take off. Harmony seems a bit of a super niche market, and I wasn't really sure that anyone would learn anything from it. But today, I'm happy to know that people do learn something from whatever I'm uploading and I'm glad I had the chance to be the one teaching it.

Two years old, and definitely not going away. I look forward to serving you all (I really do! It's been a real fun 2 years) and I promise that I'll be more active in the next year! TGBTG.

[Update] Exam Break!

Taking a little break to spend the next 2 weeks studying for my upcoming exams! To all those in the same plight as me (oh sigh, oh sigh) do not fret, for the holidays are... very soon!

[Update] Christmas is Here!

[Update] Song: Starfield - Hosanna

Hi, while you are practicing Hosanna this week, just wanted to share an upbeat version of "Hosanna" from Starfield. For your listening pleasure!

If you have mastered the harmony, try singing the harmony along with the song :) The true test is being able to sing the harmony even if the background music is noisier or if the key is different! (Starfield performs it in G instead of E, therefore for girls the melody is slightly too high in this version, and so you HAVE to sing parts)

[Update] Sing Whenever & Wherever You Can!

Hi, hope all of you are taking every opportunity (in the shower/ in the car/ while walking home) to practise your vocals. Even humming a tune is useful- If you can hum in pitch, you can sing that note in pitch too!
